Guidelines to the Affiliated Club Members for availing Reciprocal facilities.

1. Visiting Members can avail club facilities for maximum 7 days in month and 35 days in a year.
2. They should be in possession of their valid Identity Card and should carry introduction letter issued from their Club.
3. Entry charges Rs.35/- per day.
4. Dependents must be accompanied by the member.
5. Visiting members are not permitted to bring guests.
6. Club office timings are from 2.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. except on Sundays.

10. Gymkhana charges for visiting members:
    • Tennis/Billiards/Swimming/Badminton/Cricket /Table Tennis/Gymnasium/Squash/Football/Basket Ball Rs. 40/- per day
    • Health Club (sitting of 15 minutes) Rs.100/- per day
    • Card Room Rs. 100/- per day

5. Club’s main gate remains closed during 12.30a.m. to 5.00a.m. Members/Occupants arriving during these hours must inform the same in advance.

6. Guests of the occupants are not allowed in the rooms.

7. OTHER CONDITIONS:

• Occupants of room will be charged one time Rs.100/-+Taxes per occupant towards temporary membership on the day of arrival.
• All members should pay the room rent in advance in cash or by D.D. for the period they are expected to stay,(maximum 7 days in a month & 35 days in a year) and clear their canteen and other accounts before they leave.
• Cheques/Travelers cheques are not acceptable.

8. CANCELLATION CHARGES:

• Before 7 days - 50% Refund
• Before 2 to 6 days - 25% Refund.
• Before 10.00a.m. of a day before - No Refund.
