1) Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made before 48 hours of actual check in time. 2) Any cancellation request placed before less than 48 hours of actual check in time can be accepted but will not be subjected for any refund terms. 3) If members/guests shorten their stay, there will not be any kind of refund as a last minute cancellation. 4) The member/ guest shall be responsible for the replacement / reinstatement of any items damaged through misuse or other acts of abuse while their stay. This shall apply whether the damage was deliberate or accidental. 5) Normal Check in and checkout time (mention here the check in and checkout time). 6) Early or delayed check-in or check-out request can be done to the management by informing them at least 24 hours before the actual check in time. If any extra charges applicable by the management have to be paid by the members/guests in cash at the counter. 7) Below is the cancellation charges & refund terms: 8) Membership is only for existing members of yeshwant club. New members are not registered with the system. Terms and Conditions 1) In no event shall YCI be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages or any damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for the inability to use equipment or access data, loss of business, loss of revenue, income, contributions or profits,business interruption or the like), arising out of or in anyway connected with the use or performance of the web site with the delay or inability to use the web site. 2) You are solely responsible for all equipment, software and connections to the Internet required to gain access to the Yeshwant Club web site. 3) You warrant that you will not use the Yeshwant Club web site or the data there in for commercial purposes or solicitation. You represent and warrant to Yeshwant Club that you have the capacity to understand and accept these terms. |
